Comprehensive Construction Inc. was established in 1987. Since that time the company has been providing quality construction services in Single Family Construction, Multi-Family Construction, Custom Home Design & Construction, Residential Remodeling, and Commercial General Contracting. We build stick built homes and modular homes. In 2007 we changed our name to Advantage Homes, Inc. to better reflect our market direction. We still maintain the Trade Name, Comprehensive Construction, for our commercial work.

We are an Authorized Builder for the entire modular family of Champion Homes, including North American Housing Corp, New Era, and Excel Homes. We are also an Authorized Builder for Simplex Homes, Professional Building Systems, Custom Modular Solutions, and Virginia Homes. We represent and construct their Modular Homes in Baltimore City, Baltimore, Harford, Anne Arundel, Prince Georges, Howard, and Carroll Counties.

We have in-house capability to produce Computer Aided Design for our clients. We pride ourselves on the fact that we can offer a complete package from land acquisition to finished product. Our clients can customize even the most basic home to fit their needs and lifestyles.

We were one of the first builders to become a BGE EnergyWise New Home Builder. We were "Green" long before the term became mainstream. We currently build energy conserving homes that are wired for todays technology.

We are approved to build for VA and FHA buyers.
